Strategy

Challenge:

The organization required a unified approach to assess application costs, align IT and business strategy, and identify scalable technology solutions for future-state implementation.

Action:

Developed an application cost-structure model used across 4 global platforms to identify expense and cost groups.

Conducted a cost-neutrality analysis that restructured roles and teams while retaining 100% of full-time employees.

Implemented JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage team tasks, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

Translated non-functional requirements (NFRs) and RFP line items into actionable business and technical requirements.

Conducted SWOT analysis of Tier 1 software vendors to identify optimal future-state solutions.

Directed application mapping to design future-state network architecture.

Educated executives on IT roles within the Consultant-to-Consultant (C2C) business model.

Results:

  • Established a repeatable framework for cost analysis and application planning

  • Improved team productivity and communication through Agile transformation
